Maintenance
In general, the scope of work we undertake for our clients includes Painting, Tiling, Plumbing, Electrical Works and Balcony Maintenance. All public areas are monitored and cleaned regularly. Maintenance of technical installations subject to warranty (Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Elevators, and Spa Technology) is monitored and recorded. Of course, RELIANCE will secure Public Liability Insurances and additional Winter Services for all owners of each complex.
Apart from an experienced team of craftsmen working for our company RELIANCE has an Approved List of Contractors for all installations which require a special license or refer to warranty periods. These independent contractors must maintain a high level of service demanded by our agreement in order to remain on our approved list. We monitor their performance continuously to ensure that quality standards and Health and Safety Requirements are met. Our Repairs Section may be contacted under xxxx xxxxxx and is available from Monday through Saturday 8:00am – 6:30pm or by email repairs@reliance-bg.com. Should you require a tradesman beyond these hours, please dial our emergency number which was distributed with your contract documents. Our emergency team will support you at any time. Alternatively and for technical installations under warranty we shall inform the appropriate contractor. Please, note that out of hours services should only be used in the event of an emergency.
